The First Station
Jesus is condemned to death
Jesus,
What have we done? Jesus, you stood by us. You even died for us. You are the chosen one. You are the shepherd and we are the sheep. You are the one who is always there to give us a big hug. We shall be called children of God.
Amen.
Dear Lord,
We try to imagine how you felt when people cried “crucify him”, how you felt when people let a criminal go instead of an innocent man. Please help us to realise who is the innocent person and help us not to condemn other people.
Amen.
